Former trillionaire Musk's wealth falls to pre-SpaceX IPO levels

Elon Musk, who briefly became the world's first trillionaire after SpaceX's June IPO, is now poorer than before the listing. His wealth has fallen from a peak of $1.33 trillion on June 16 to $684 billion. SpaceX shares have plunged 46% from their June high of $201.80, while short interest in the company rose to 219.3 million shares.
