Former West Indies cricketer David Murray passes away at 72

Former West Indies wicketkeeper-batter David Murray (72) passed away outside his residence in Bridgetown, Barbados. Murray played 19 Tests from 1978-82 which was part of the golden era of West Indies cricket under Clive Lloyd's leadership. The Barbadian received a lifetime ban in 1983 for participating in the rebel tours to South Africa in the 1980s.
