Former world number three Dominic Thiem has accepted a wild card for the ATP 250 event Estoril Open in Portugal. The tournament will take place from April 25 to May 1. "I've heard great things about the event and I am looking forward to coming to Portugal to play and start my comeback," Thiem said on social media.
