Formerly homeless man wins ₹9-cr lottery on ₹1,800 ticket in US

A man from US' Colorado won $1 million (₹9.19 crore) in state’s lottery. The man, who was once homeless, purchased a $20 (₹1,800) scratch-off ticket from Walmart Supercentre. I occasionally spend $5 (₹460) on lottery tickets, but this time, something prompted me to buy $20 scratch-off, the man said, adding, "It was one of the best decisions I ever made."
