Fortis Hospital kitchen among 25 establishments to lose licences in Maha FDA action

Maharashtra FDA suspended the food business licence of Sodexo India-run kitchen at Fortis Hospital in Mumbai's Mulund over cockroaches in food-prep area, food waste in drains, fungus-infested food containers and rusted knives. FDA took action against 25 food establishments, including seven in Mumbai. Sophia College canteen, Mumbai Bites in Girgaon, and Janata Bakery in Jogeshwari were affected.
