Fortnite faces ban in Indonesia as Minister calls it 'blasphemous'
Indonesian Minister Sandiaga Uno has called for a ban on Epic Games' 'Fortnite' video game, terming it as "blasphemous". The minister said he was told that players need to destroy an icon resembling the Kaaba, a sacred site in Islam, to move a level up. "We face the Kaaba at least five times a day...This contradicts our...religious principles," he added.
