Found a lot of rats at a restaurant, manager called them their pets: Tukaram Mundhe

Maharashtra FDA chief Tukaram Mundhe, who's leading a crackdown against unhygienic conditions at eateries, recalled how restaurants defend themselves. "At one of the places where my officers went, they found a lot of rats. The manager of the place called them their pets," said Mundhe. He said he gives them chance to prove if it's a bona fide mistake.
