Founder denies pay hike to woman as 'her kids have grown up'; she takes better-paying job

Startup Founder Harshit Srivastava claimed he once witnessed a company's founder refuse an increment to a single mother, saying, "Your kids have grown up now" Srivastava said the founder responded to his objection, saying, "Where [else] will she go at her age?" The woman quit and took another job paying 30% more than what the founder refused to pay her.
