Foxconn hit by cyberattack, hackers claim they stole Apple, NVIDIA data

Electronics manufacturing giant Foxconn has confirmed suffering a cyberattack that affected some of its North American factories. Ransomware group Nitrogen claimed responsibility for the attack, saying it stole more than 11 million files. The stolen data allegedly includes confidential information linked to Foxconn customers such as Apple, Dell, Google, Intel and NVIDIA.
