France detains 7 ex-members of Italy terror group Red Brigades

The French presidency has detained seven ex-members of the far-left Red Brigades terror group at Italy's request. It said a search was underway for three other people linked to the group that carried out numerous violent attacks in Italy during the 1970s and 1980s. Among the group's crimes was the abduction and murder of former Italian PM Aldo Moro.
