France launches criminal probe into death of teen in Malaysia

France has launched a criminal investigation into the death of 15-year-old Nora Anne Quoirin, an Irish-French girl, whose body was found in Malaysia on Tuesday. Quoirin, who had the neurological disorder holoprosencephaly, had gone missing from a resort where she was on a holiday with her family. Her body was found in a ravine, about 2.5 km from the resort.
