France raises eyebrows over notice to journalist Vanessa Dougnac

During French President Emmanuel Macron's recent visit to India, France brought forth a matter of concern regarding a notice served to Vanessa Dougnac, a French journalist, allegedly for breaching certain regulations. Dougnac, who has been residing in Delhi since 2001 and working for newspaper La Croix, found herself entangled in bureaucratic web when Union Home Ministry issued her a notice.
