Miss France Organisation has announced it won't participate in Miss Universe 2026. As per a statement, the decision was taken to remain "faithful to the identity, commitments and values of Miss France pageant", which the organisation believes are "no longer aligned with recent evolution and direction of the international competition". It also referred to "numerous issues surrounding 2025 edition".
