France-based app developers sue Apple over app store fees

French app developers sued Apple on Monday accusing the latter of violating US antitrust law by overcharging them to use its app store. The complaint filed in a US court said that the iPhone maker abused its market monopoly over app distribution on iOS-based mobile devices by authorising only one app store. Apple is yet to comment on this.
