Free HPV vaccine launched for 14-year-old girls in UP

Health experts and the National Health Mission are urging parents to vaccinate 14-year-old girls with the HPV vaccine to protect them from cervical cancer. Doctors say the vaccine can significantly reduce cancer risk by preventing HPV infection and is now available across Uttar Pradesh under the regular immunisation programme.
