Freedom of speech doesn't mean freedom to abuse: Andhra Dy CM

Andhra Pradesh government will set up a task force and grievance cell to speed up action against online abuse, cybercrime and character assassination. Deputy CM K Pawan Kalyan said democratic dissent is respected, but targeted harassment won't be tolerated. The newly proposed mechanism will allow citizens to directly upload digital evidence, including video recordings, to report online harassment.
