Freedom of speech, not reach: Twitter on new visibility rule

Twitter on Monday said publicly visible labels will be added to tweets potentially violating its policies. "We've not historically been transparent when we've taken this action," it stated. "We...believe it's our responsibility to keep users on our platform safe...These beliefs are the foundation of [our enforcement philosophy that is] freedom of speech, not freedom of reach," Twitter added.
