Dimitri Bordon, 29, triumphs in Toulouse's Coupe du Monde de la chocolatine et pain au chocolat competition. Contestants from 12 countries showcased innovative takes on the pastry. Bordon's winning creation, a windmill-shaped delicacy with Sechuan pepper and citrus glaze, wowed judges. Thuy Vien's flower-shaped pastry and Guy Orsini's bow tie-inspired treat also impressed.
