French govt to work with crypto firms to prevent kidnaps: Report

French Interior Minister Bruno Retailleau will meet cryptocurrency professionals to discuss the prevention of kidnappings for crypto ransoms in the country, reports stated. The decision comes after the daughter and grandson of a French cryptocurrency entrepreneur escaped a kidnapping attempt by armed men in Paris. A crypto businessman and his wife were abducted in the country in January.
