French opera singer performs national anthem from balcony

French opera singer Stephane Sénéchal performed the French national anthem 'La Marseillaise' from the balcony of his home in Paris, France amid restrictions imposed on the public over the coronavirus outbreak. The French government has urged the public to stay at home to prevent the spread of coronavirus in the country. France has detected 16,481 coronavirus cases.
