French President Macron calls PM Modi, they discuss situation in Strait of Hormuz

PM Narendra Modi received a call from French President Emmanuel Macron on Thursday. "We discussed the situation in West Asia and agreed on the need to urgently restore safety and freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz," PM Modi said. This comes days after US President Donald Trump also called PM Modi and spoke for 40 minutes.
