Serial killer Charles Sobhraj to be released after 19 years in Nepal jail

The Nepal Supreme Court has ordered the release of serial killer Charles Sobhraj after 19 years in jail on the grounds of his age. Charles was jailed on charges of murdering two American tourists. The court has also ordered the 78-year-old criminal's deportation within 15 days of his release.
