Fresh case against Nirav Modi for cheating PNB of ₹322 crore

The CBI has filed a fresh FIR against jeweller Nirav Modi for causing a loss of ₹321.88 crore to PNB. The complaint alleged that Nirav's Firestar group of companies availed various credit facilities between 2013 and 2017 which were not used for their sanctioned purposes. The CBI has also named President (Finance) Vipul Ambani, CFO Ravi Gupta, and other directors.
