Fresh corruption allegation against CEC Gyanesh Kumar in Kerala

A former contractor associated with Kerala's KSTP has alleged that CEC Gyanesh Kumar demanded a ₹2 crore bribe in 2004, when he was the state's public works secretary, to clear project bills. Contractor Sajan VO said he would submit evidence to the Vigilance team probing the allegations. The fresh claim comes amid a preliminary inquiry into alleged irregularities in the project.
