Cloud-based customer support software startup Freshdesk has opened a new regional office in Berlin, Germany. The Berlin office will be led by Arun Mani, Managing Director in Continental Europe. Founded in 2010 by Girish Mathrubootham and Shan Krishnasamy, the startup's investors include Accel Partners, Google Capital and Tiger Global among others.
