Freshworks CEO tells staff worst yet to come amid layoffs: Report

Freshworks CEO Girish Mathrubootham told staff in a meeting that the "worst is yet to come" as he shared the details of the firm's latest round of layoffs, Moneycontrol reported. He said out of the affected 114 employees, around 90 are performance layoffs. Employees questioned why the firm was laying off staff when the job market is facing a downturn.
