Frontline health worker in K'taka dies on COVID-19 duty due to heart attack

A frontline health worker, Saravana M, in Karnataka's Kolar died of a heart attack while on duty. "Since he died on duty, his family may be eligible for ₹50 lakh insurance meant for health workers involved in COVID-19 surveillance," said nodal officer Jagadish. "But since his post mortem concludes that he died of heart attack, we're not sure," he added.
