FSSAI issues notices to Lotte, Ferns N Petals, Kubera Foods over misleading claims

FSSAI has issued notices to Kubera Foods, Lotte India Corporation and Ferns N Petals Private Limited over alleged misleading claims and labelling violations. The notices relate to products including Soft and Fresh Cream Bun Pineapple, Lotte Choco Pie, Pepero, Fruitz Eclairs, and Roasted Almond Chocolate. The companies have been asked to submit explanations to authorities within seven days.
