FSSAI suspends 3 food business licences over safety violations

FSSAI has suspended the licences of three food businesses in Meghalaya and Odisha over misleading health claims, poor hygiene and serious food safety violations. Inspections found unsafe manufacturing and storage conditions, pest issues and missing records. The regulator warned that such violations could threaten public health and said strict action will continue against non-compliant businesses.
