Fugitive father and children spotted in NZ after 3 years

Tom Phillips, who disappeared with his three children in New Zealand in 2021, was seen for the first time since vanishing. Police confirmed the sighting as credible after teenagers filmed the encounter. Phillips, wanted for a bank robbery, is believed to be receiving help.
