Fujifilm to invest ₹800 cr in Dholera semiconductor plant

Fujifilm and Tata Electronics signed an MoU to build a semiconductor materials ecosystem around Tata's upcoming chip fab in Dholera, Gujarat. Fujifilm will invest ~₹800 crore to set up a materials manufacturing facility in the Dholera Special Investment Region, supplying photoresists, CMP slurries, and high-purity chemicals to Tata's planned ₹91,000 crore, 300mm semiconductor fab.
