Funeral home lets people lie in coffin in Japan to reflect on life
A 120-year-old funeral home in Japan has introduced a "coffin cafe" where visitors can lie in a casket and reflect on their life and eventual death. Visitors have to pay 2,200 yen (₹1,200) for the "coffin cafe experience", set up in a different space than the funeral hall to ensure that visitors don't encounter any grieving families during their visit.
