Fynd Co-founder denies report of possible acquisition by RIL

Mumbai-based online fashion startup Fynd's Co-founder Harsh Shah has denied that the startup is involved in any talks for an acquisition. Shah said this in response to an Entrackr report which claimed Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries (RIL) was in advanced talks with Fynd to possibly acquire over 70% of it. Founded in 2012, Fynd is backed by investors including Google.
