Gaana bought for ₹25 lakh by Radio Mirchi parent: Report

Entertainment Network India Limited (ENIL) acquired music streaming platform Gaana for just ₹25 lakh last year, Entrackr reported. ENIL is a listed subsidiary of the Times Group and the parent company of Radio Mirchi. It is reported that the acquisition of Gaana was a distress sale after talks regarding a potential merger with Airtel Wynk fell through.
