Gaikwad creates history, becomes fastest Indian to score 4,000 runs in T20 cricket

Ruturaj Gaikwad on Friday created history by becoming the fastest Indian to score 4,000 runs in T20 cricket. The 26-year-old completed 4,000 runs in T20 cricket during his innings in fourth T20I against Australia. He took 116 innings to reach the milestone. He broke the record held by KL Rahul, who had taken 117 innings to score 4,000 T20 runs.
