Gambhir once gave his Man of the Match award to Kohli

Gautam Gambhir gave his Man of the Match award to Virat Kohli in an ODI against Sri Lanka in 2009, when Kohli scored his first ODI century. The pair had put up a third-wicket stand of 224 to help India chase target of 316, with Gambhir scoring an unbeaten 150. Gautam Gambhir turned 35 on Friday.
