GameStop CFO didn't quit, was pushed out after board lost faith in him: Report

GameStop's Chief Financial Officer Jim Bell didn't resign but was pushed out by the board as a part of shareholder Ryan Cohen's plan to transform the retailer to an e-commerce company, a report said. The board had reportedly "lost faith" in him and re-examined his role after Cohen criticised the executive team. GameStop said Bell will resign on March 26.
