Real-money gaming companies are weighing their options after the Supreme Court upheld the 28% GST levy on the sector, Moneycontrol reported. The ruling also backed retrospective tax demands worth nearly ₹2.5 lakh crore against gaming firms. Companies are now considering filing review petitions, seeking a larger bench hearing, or approaching the government and GST Council for a resolution.
