Gandhar Oil Refinery reported a 689.16% YoY jump in Q1 FY27 net profit to ₹205.89 crore, while revenue from operations increased 91.81% to ₹1,731.93 crore. The Board declared an interim dividend of ₹2 per share and appointed an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, subject to shareholders' approval.
