Ganesha Ecosphere new JV with Race Eco Chain to produce PET flakes

Ganesha Ecosphere Limited shares surged 8% to ₹1,906.6, after the Board approved the incorporation of a new Joint Venture company with Race Eco Chain Limited, named Ganesha Recycling Chain Private Limited, to set up washing plants for producing PET flakes. Ganesha Ecosphere will hold up to a 49% stake, while Race Eco Chain will hold a 51% stake.
