Gangster behind singer Ankit's murder fears encounter by UP Police, requests for handcuffs

Gangster Rakesh alias Pappu, who is accused of plotting Haryanvi singer Ankit Baliyan's murder from Karnal jail, is fearing encounter by UP Police. He has sought heightened security if UP Police takes him into custody, including handcuffing and leg-cuffing during his transit. This comes after the shooters allegedly involved in Ankit's murder were killed in an encounter in UP.
