Gangster Happy Passia, with ₹5-lakh bounty for grenade attack, arrested in US

Gangster Happy Passia, who was behind a hand grenade attack on a house in Chandigarh, has been arrested by FBI and Immigration and Customs Enforcement in the US. India's National Investigation Agency had earlier announced a bounty worth ₹5 lakh for Passia. According to reports, Passia has previously worked with Pakistani intelligence agency ISI to execute terrorist attacks.
