Gangster Vikas Dubey's partner reaches police station wearing placard

Umakant, who was involved in the Kanpur encounter in which eight policemen were martyred by gangster Vikas Dubey and his men, surrendered before the Chaubepur police on Saturday. Police said Dubey's partner Umakant was accompanied by his wife and other family members at the time of his surrender and was wearing a confession placard. He has been taken into custody.
