Garuda Construction, Shiv Texchem to launch IPOs next week

Garuda Construction and Engineering will launch its ₹264-crore IPO in the mainboard segment next week. The IPO, with a price band of ₹92-95 per share, aims to raise ₹173.85 crore through a fresh issue and ₹90.25 crore via an offer-for-sale. In the SME segment, Shiv Texchem will launch its ₹101.35-crore IPO with a price band of ₹158-166 per share.
