Gathering of people outside counting centres banned in Punjab tomorrow

In view of the counting of votes on Thursday, no gathering of people will be allowed outside counting centres in Punjab. Punjab Chief Electoral Officer S Karuna Raju said victory processions are prohibited as well. Only two people can accompany the winning candidate or his official representative to the counting centre to collect the certificate.
