Gavaskar spots Indian flag with a company's name on it, says 'It cannot be defaced'

Sunil Gavaskar spotted fans carrying an Indian flag with a company's name on it at Eden Gardens following India-South Africa match. Gavaskar, on live TV, said, "That isn't allowed. Indian flag cannot be defaced." He added, "Next time the police see something like that they shouldn't only confiscate Tricolour, but also warn them not to put any advertising on Tricolour."
