At least a couple of IPL franchises for whom Chris Gayle had previous played requested for his inclusion in the IPL mega auction final list, as per reports. However, Gayle decided to not give his name for the auction, reports added. The 42-year-old played 142 matches in IPL, scoring 4,965 runs.
