Cemeteries in Gaza are running out of burial space amid the war with Israel. More than 40 cemeteries have been destroyed since the war began, Gaza’s Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs said. Israeli forces have also restricted access to cemeteries in areas under their control, while some former burial grounds are now being used as shelters for displaced people.
