GD Bakshi talks about his 1st interaction with Sam Manekshaw

Major General GD Bakshi passed from the National Defence Academy (NDA) in 1970. He revealed that to congratulate the graduates, Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw arrived at the institution. Major General Bakshi revealed that, unlike other generals who often gave long speeches, Sam Manekshaw presented a short speech, without any prompts or even a piece of paper in his hand.
