GEL, GTL pay record ₹384.67 cr dividend to Gujarat govt

Gujarat Energy Limited and GSPL Transmission Limited paid a record ₹384.67 crore dividend to the Gujarat government for FY 2025-26 — the highest ever by any state-controlled company in a single year. GEL contributed ₹324 crore and GTL ₹60.67 crore, boosted by a corporate restructuring scheme implemented on May 1.
